The workshop encourages creative thinking and self-motivation. Agents identify strengths, improve their toolbox, discuss lead generation in small groups, and collaborate on effective presentations. The focus extends to defining their "why," crafting bios, and gaining marketing insights for a robust online presence.

Pathways to Success

Real estate can be a little overwhelming for new and seasoned agents. Without the proper plan in place you can start to feel like you’re just running around in circles. In the Agent Bootcamp, you’ll learn how to set realistic expectations for your business planning, goals, and time blocking.

In this four part workshop, agents are encouraged to think outside the box. Working individually on self motivating activities, agents identify what is working in their business, and what they can do better to enhance their real estate toolbox.

Agents will work in small groups to discuss different ways to generate leads, and how to build and retain a sphere of influence. They will also explore a buyers and sellers consultation packet, and work as a team to build a winning presentation.

Finally, agents will build their bio by identifying their “why”. They will also learn tips and tricks to building a strong foundation for their marketing and social platforms.
