    This course fulfills six (6) hours of mandatory core topics essential for Tennessee real estate license renewal.

    Students will examine recent TREC rule updates covering affiliation termination, affiliated licensee commissions, electronic records, teams, expired license reinstatement, and lapsed errors and omissions insurance. Topics also include agency relationships, responsibilities, and property management basics.

    Furthermore, students will delve into contract law, covering legal capacity, fulfillment of contractual duties, common clauses, earnest/trust money handling, disclosures, and breach remedies.

  • Code of Ethics for Existing Members

    REALTOR® members must complete two and a half (2.5) hours of ethics training, meeting specific learning objectives and criteria, within three (3) year cycles. Mandatory ethics training for REALTOR® members was first established by the NAR Board of Directors at the 1999 Annual Convention and it includes the following objectives:

    1. Heighten awareness of the key tenets of the Code of Ethics

    2. Appreciation for the role the Code can and should play in professional lives

    3. Enhances professionalism and competency.

    4. Encourages REALTORS® to view their Code of Ethics as a living, viable guide in their daily dealings with clients, customers, and the public

    The current cycle will end December 31, 2024.

  • Intro to Transaction Desk

    Designed for NEW REALTORS® in mind, student’s will navigate the agent dashboard and customize their settings in Transaction Desk during this one (1) hour course.

  • Transaction Desk: BASIC

    During this three (3) hour course students will identify how to create a transaction manually or automatically populate fields using MLS listings. They will also cover how to manage contacts, upload documents, and edit forms.

    Checklists are a great way to stay organized and save time in managing transactions. Students will create checklist templates, add checklist items, set due dates, assign tasks, and attach documents.

    Maintaining efficiency for the on-the-go agent is important. Students will learn how to create Teams & Sharing settings in their files, as well as link their iPhone or iPad’s to their accounts.

  • Transaction Desk: ADVANCED

    Student’s will gain the expertise to construct tailor-made templates and clauses suited to individual settings, enabling faster and more accurate transaction preparations. They will also explore innovative methods to collaborate templates and clauses seamlessly into transactions, ensuring smooth and effective transaction creation. Finally, students will uncover the essential steps to effortlessly create and manage e-signing documents using Authentisign, the e-signature solution. By the end of this three (3) hour course, students will be equipped with the tools and knowledge to revolutionize their real estate workflow, saving time, effort, and resources while delivering exceptional results for their clients.

  • Contracts for BROKERS

    Designed with Brokers in mind, this four (4) hour course will explore the updates in the TN REALTOR® Forms, and navigate key components to help your office efficiently.
