This course will be a more in depth discussion of the Tennessee REALTORS® Purchase and Sale Agreement, as well as some of the forms that go hand-in-hand with the Agreement. Attendees will navigate changes made to the 2024 forms, and identify common market place hurdles that Brokers are overcoming when assisting the Affiliate Brokers.
