New construction homes can be a little scary to navigate if you don't have the right tools in your toolbox. Join us on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 16 from 10 AM - 2 PM as we navigate the steps to building. You'll learn what occurs during acquisition, the loan options, permits, and the steps from ground break to the end of construction. 

Bunch will be provided by Amanda Dusenberry of Veterans United Home Loans-Clarksville, and served promptly at 10 AM. 

Discussion will kick-off at 10:30 AM with forms and processes. Attendees will then have an opportunity to travel to a new construction site at 1 PM and complete a site-walk. With hands on experiences, you will learn and explore what happens "behind the walls". 

Note: The second half of this workshop is weather depending. If it looks like the weather will be tempermental, we'll reschedule site-walks for another day.
